TWENTY-EIGHTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME — Year B

Second Reading: Hebrews 4:12-13

A reading from the letter to the Hebrews.

Indeed, God’s word is living and effective, sharper than any two-edged sword. It penetrates to the core, able to separate soul from spirit, joints from marrow; it judges the reflections and thoughts of the heart. Nothing is concealed from God; all lies bare and exposed to the eyes of the One to whom we must render an account.

The Word of God recorded in the letter to the Hebrews.
