Conversation on African American Spirituality and Racial Justice
May 23 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Please join in this conversation about what you are thinking/learning about African American spirituality and racial justice from reading and any online visits to Black churches. There will be an update on Sidewalk Solidarity vigils and an invitation to join a book group to read Resmaa Menakem’s book “My Grandmother’s Hands.” We’ll talk about next steps. Reading and visiting churches is not a requirement to join the conversation. Following our service, remain in the main room rather than going to a breakout room.
