SUMMARY:Serve Shelter Meal
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our next opportunity to help provide a meal at Central Iowa Shelter and Services\, 1420 Mulberry Street in Des Moines.  The food will arrive already prepared from the Johnston Hy-Vee. Volunteers needed to assist in serving and hospitality/fellowship. We need several volunteers to be available about 5:30 p.m. and everyone else to arrive by 6:00 p.m. so we can make assignments\, get the foods set up\, and be ready to serve at 6:30. Serving will be completed about 7:30 p.m.. The shelter staff handles cleanup. \nIf you sign up as a volunteer and are interested in carpooling\, please also let us know on the sign-up sheet if you need\, or are willing to offer\, a ride from the DMIEC parking lot.  Otherwise\, please show up at the shelter (1420 Mulberry) at your scheduled time.
